We aim to be a friendly, welcoming Church where people of all ages can joyfully take part in worship, prayer and fellowship as we grow together in faith; to be known as a caring Church, reaching out to and serving the community, encouraging others to join us in hearing God’s word and having a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

Sunday is our favourite day of the week! We’d love to have you join us for a service. Here’s everything you need to know:
Our services start at 10am, but please don’t worry if you’re late, you are always welcome. We also meet for pre-service prayer at 9:40am. This is open to anyone; you don’t need to pray aloud or lead prayer. Our services last around an hour. We usually have some singing, prayer, and bible readings. There’s also a family talk and a message. Here at Baljaffray, we believe children and young people are a blessing. Please never worry if children make noise during the service or need to move around a little. We are always glad to see and hear them. We have activities for children and young people up to aged 16 during the service. After the service, we stay for tea and coffee and a chat! New faces are always welcome.
Prayer and Pastoral Care
Life can be challenging but here at Baljaffray we believe that you are never facing those challenges alone. We are a family who believe in looking after each other. We also believe that prayer is powerful and we regularly pray for one another. There are a few ways you can access support here:
Pastoral Care and Prayer Ministry: If you have something on your mind and would like to talk to someone, then please reach out to June (pastoral@baljaffraychurch.org.uk). This is an entirely confidential service. We also offer a confidential prayer ministry service where we will pray over anything you would like. These prayers will only be shared with our prayer ministry team and treated with discretion.
Anonymous Prayer Requests: If you’d rather leave an anonymous request, you can click here: https://forms.gle/cCLV2s9DGmLovU1H8
This will take you to a form where you can leave a request. If you have a google email address, you may see your email on there, but it is not shared with us. These anonymous requests are prayed for by our prayer group.
Prayer Group: Our Tuesday prayer group meets weekly from 7:30pm. Here we pray over our Church, community and beyond. Both groups are open to anyone. There is no need to pray aloud or lead prayer.
Midweek Service: Join us for our midweek service every Wednesday at 2:00pm. All are welcome.
